Adding Eagle Pharmacy
to your Contacts or Safe Sender list

How do I add a sender or a domain?

1. Sign in to Outlook on the web. For help, see Sign in to Outlook on the web.
2. At the top of the page, select Settings > Mail.
3. Under Accounts, select Block or allow.
4. To add an entry to Safe senders and recipients, enter the email address or domain that you want to mark as safe in the Enter a sender or domain here text box, and then press Enter or select the Add icon + next to the text box.
5. For example, to mark all email from addresses that end in ealgepharmacy.com as safe, enter eaglepharmacy.com in the text box
6. Select Save to save your changes.

Check your account settings

These settings can prevent email from getting to your inbox

• Spam folder – Check your spam folder to see if the email was incorrectly marked.
• Blocked address – The sender may have been blocked by mistake .
• Email filters – Check your filters to see if the email could’ve arrived in another.

• Click on the Gmail logo on the top left
• Click on “Contact” – this will open a new tab
• Click the circular add button on the bottom right
• Enter - Name: Eagle Pharmacy Notifications
• Enter - Email: notifications@eaglepharmacy.com
• Repeat the above steps and add - Name: Eagle Pharmacy
• Repeat the above steps and add - Email: Do-Not-Reply@eaglepharmacy.com
