The process is quite simple:

First let your doctor know about the program and have them send the prescription to Eagle Pharmacy. Visit our "What to tell your Doctor" section for more information on this.
Next, find and select the program from the list of programs above or by clicking here.

Once this is complete, our pharmacy staff will process your request. If any questions arise they will contact you ASAP.
